First Communion (Grade 2) & Confirmation (Grade 7) Registration

• Forms are now available at the entrance of the church (on the counter).
• Please take one home, complete it and return it with a copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate.
• These will be collected by the Catechists on the weekend of December 4/5.

Please note: These sacraments are parish-based and families of these students must be registered parishioners and celebrate mass with us regularly at St John Fisher. If you live within the boundaries of the parish and are not registered, please do so by completing the yellow Parish Registration forms found at the church entrance.
