Mental Health Retreat for Young Adults (Ages 19 to 39)

Join us for a day of renewal and healing!

The retreat will include:
- Praise & Worship that lifts the soul
- Inspiring Talks by Fr. Terry McKenna to guide your spiritual journey
1) Understanding mental health and how to
maintain it
2) Talk about unholy spirits that reinforce mental illness
- Eucharistic Adoration for quiet reflection in the presence of Jesus
- Holy Mass to anchor the day in God’s grace

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Admission is free, but registration is required — no walk-ins.
Donations are gratefully appreciated.
